Spend a night in the wilderness, surrounded by a small bunch of fun people, and dressed in Christmas colors! Dance by the bonfire, make new friends, and create memories that you will cherish for years to come.

People will be sharing funny stories, scary stories, singing songs, and having a good time. All of this is going to happen - but will you be a part of it?

Join us for a ThrillBear Exclusive event this Christmas season to socialise in a new way. We are heading to Dehene which is a quaint village at the base of some amazing treks like Sandhan Valley & Ajobagad. There's lip-smacking local food, barbecue, campfire, soft music, and a soulful experience.

How it works?

Step 1: Click on "Book Now" and fill all the necessary details such as name, email ID, phone number.

Step 2: Make the payment to confirm your spot and voila! You are all set for an amazing weekend out in the mountains.

Cancellation policy:

- Cancellations done 1 week before the event date: 75% refund; After that - no refund

  • Full refund will be given to the participants 48 hours in advance if the event is cancelled due to minimum number of seats not being filled

Brief itinerary:

Day 1:

01:30 PM - Catch Asangaon train starting from CST (you can board this from your respective stations)

People working on 31st December: You can catch a train leaving at 4:52 PM Kasara train from CSMT (catch from your respective stations) and we will arrange transport at Asangaon for you at 7 PM. You will reach the campsite at dinner time.

03:30 PM - Move towards Dehene in Jeeps

05:30 PM - Reach the campsite, learn how to setup tents (optional), have evening snacks & tea

06:30 PM - Indulge in fun activities with the group or enjoy a quiet time with your loved ones

09:00 PM - Head to a local household for a hot meal

10:00 PM - BBQ, music, dancing, stories, singing, and a lot more!

Day 2:

06:00 AM: Wake up and morning chores

06:30 AM: Go for a short hike

08:00 AM: Breakfast will be served

09:00 AM: Leave from the campsite towards Asangaon Railway Station

11:15 AM: Catch the train towards CST


Things to Carry

- 2 liters of water (preferably reusable bottle)

- Torch

- Mosquito repellent cream

- Some ready to eat food, fruits, plum cakes, biscuits etc.

- Special Medicinations (if any)

- Guitar, volleyball, frisbee, UNO Cards (get creative, you guys!), offline music collection

- All trash should be taken back to the city by the camper – Leave No Trace

Jeet Bhanushali has been leading treks in the Sahyadris since past 3 years and is a certified Wilderness First Responder (WFR) from NOLS which is the best Outdoor Education School of the US.

He loves to use tech to make hiking simpler for the participants and aims to bring a culture of DIY hiking across India one day. Jeet is the Co-founder of ThrillBear India - a company which is trying to make hiking more accessible to Indians and reducing the friction of booking hiking and camping events.
