How it works?

Step 1: Click on "Book Now" and fill all the necessary details such as name, email ID, phone number.

Step 2: Make the payment to confirm your spot and voila! You are all set for an amazing weekend out in the mountains.

Cancellation policy:

  • Until 28th December Midnight: 75% Refund
  • After 28th December Midnight: No Refund
  • Full refund will be given to the participants 48 hours in advance if the event is cancelled due to minimum number of seats not being filled

Brief itinerary:

Day 1: Tuesday 31st December 2019, Tuesday

1513: Catch 1513 Khopoli fast local train from CST. Try to board second compartment from CST end.

1700: Reach Bhivpuri and walk towards lake campsite. It is a 20 minute easy walk.

17:15: Reach the campsite and settle down. We can go for a sunset swim in the lake.

18:30: Get back to the campsite and the fun begins with barbeque, music and campfire.

Day 2: 1st January 2020, Wednesday.

07:00: Wake up and morning chores.

07:30: We can go for a swim in lake.

08:00: Breakfast will be served.

09:00: Reach Bhivpuri station and depart for home with happy memories.

Things to Carry

- 2 liters of water (preferably reusable bottle)

- Sleeping bag/blankets

- Torch (compulsory)

- Separate clothes and towel for swimming

- Mosquito repellent cream

- Some ready to eat food, fruits, plum cakes, biscuits etc.

- Special Medicinations (if any)

- Guitar, volleyball, frisbee, UNO Cards (get creative, you guys!), offline music collection


Camping Rules

Some camp rules before you consider booking with us:

- Avoid bringing any plastics with you.

- All trash should be taken back to the city by the camper – Leave No Trace.
